Three Storey Beachside House with Roof Terrace

I’ve added this property to the list of ‘needs renovation’. It doesn’t necessarily need renovation, but considering the location and layout, I think this property could be a great little place if it was given a bit of love and care by way of a new kitchen and some renovation of the bathrooms. This property is walking distance to the beach, and is built over three floors, which isn’t very common in Sanur. It’s got a little roof terrace that is crying out for some potted plants, either some comfy chairs or nice dining set, and some interesting lighting.
