This is a modern villa built over two floors. All three bedrooms are upstairs, allowing for a large combined living area and kitchen. The property is built over 2.5 are, but feels more spacious. The very dark wood of the kitchen and bathrooms may not be to everyone’s taste, but the finishing overall is of a good standard, and the owner is very house proud, meaning cleaning and maintenance are a given.
