It has a nice big, useable kitchen, an almost equally sized indoor utility room, decently sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and a nice big veranda in the back for sitting and playing the banjo. Or whatever you like to do. A nice little front garden, and big pool in the back, overall quite child friendly.

The price is good for a property of this size and overall quality, the only catch being that the owner is looking for 2 years rental upfront – obscene for some, easy for others.
