New Three Bedroom Open Style Villa

This is a nice, bright, new pool villa in a quiet, safe location just west of the Bypass. It’s not got any grass, which makes it feel a bit different than many other properties. It almost feels like a modern Balinese compound, with the layout and the stone/cement floors, and with the open living spaces. It also has a bit of a strange layout, with the kitchen being a short walk from the living area. It’s different, but not unlivable. Well, I haven’t lived here so I can’t tell you that with a straight face, but it’s worth pointing out. Good news is that one of the bedrooms is very close to the kitchen, so if you are a midnight snacker, this one is a winner. It’s not huge, but it’s a good sized space and has a nice private feel, which counts for a lot.
