Need Renovation Four Bedrooms Local House

The house is located on the west side of the Bypass Sanur, only crossing the big main road to get to the Mertasari Beach. It was built on a 200 m2 land & 150 building size, designed with a 2 separate buildings where on each building has 2 rooms with bathrooms.

The building design is actually good, but the final touch seems confusing or is it because the effort on maintaining process not a 100% clear. We do find the wall on some rooms & kitchen area changing its color, this may need a minor re-paint to make it fresh again. Sounds not appealing? But lets look on the bright side, the house price is very cheap and has many rooms. It is a worthy to do the repaint to make this as your comfortable hide out from your routines!
