This property is a two bedroom, three bathroom modern build over two floors. It has a 2x5m swimming pool, and a nice roof terrace overlooking some active farmland. I don’t think it’s rice paddies, from walking our dogs in that area I think they grow watermelons, peanuts and kacang panjang. But it’s green and makes for an interesting sunset.

The living area is closed, with a small modern kitchen squeezed into the corner. If you are skilled in working in a small space, like a yacht chef, this might be enough space for you. Otherwise, you may need to think how you can expand the working space and what that means for the rest of the layout. Depends on how much you cook.

This villa is offered for rent and for sale. It’s in an area that is starting to see more development, being primarily a local neighbourhood. Just west of Jalan Batur Sari, on the other side of the Bypass from the beach. This is about 10 minutes door to sand, and close to local shops.
