Modern Three Bed Villa in North Sanur

This is what I wrote about this property last year:

“The worst thing about this property is that you can see everything that is going on in the opposite, carbon-copy property. The wall isn’t high enough to afford any privacy, there is no bamboo extension, dead or living, to help the wall. I’m not quite sure why these villas were designed like this.

However, for the price, you get a three bedroom, newly built modern villa with a swimming pool. Everything is a compromise, unless you’re loaded. So if you can either accept or work around these little issues, you’ve got yourself a nice place.”

Luckily, someone listened and fixed the privacy issue! I still think this is a good value property, and with a bit of tlc it could be a great home.
