Large Beachside Family Home

This is a very nice, spacious beachside villa located near the Bali Hyatt grounds. It’s a three bedroom, three bathroom villa with a 5×5 pool, a really nice garden, and ample space for a family. The fixtures and fittings are by no means cutting edge or brand new, but there’s not really anything that stands out in the property that NEEDS fixing or updating. It has a nice feel to it, and you can work with wall colours and furniture to get the decoration closer to your taste if required. All this pleasantness comes at a price, however, with the owner asking IDR 270m per year for a minimum two year term. Sounds like a lot, but there’s always someone out there who wants this location and understands what they are getting for the price.
