This is a big villa by anyone’s standards. I’ve stayed in smaller hotels. Spread over 1100m2, this is a classic Sanur style villa with beautiful gardens and manicured lawn. As with many villas of this age and distinction, some of the details and finishing do need a bit of repair and care. But they definitely do add to the overall charm of the property.

The villa contains five bedrooms and four bathrooms, multiple covered outdoor terraces and pavilions for dining, lounging, and playing the banjo, a large open upstairs pavilion, an 8×3 metre swimming pool, and did I mention the immaculate grass? Offered furnished as pictured.

As a residence, even for a year, this villa would be truly memorable. No pondok wisata license, so you’d have to think carefully about the idea you just had.
