Cheap Three Bedroom House Near Beach

This is not on the beach side of Sanur, but it’s very close. It’s a three bedroom local style house in the northern end of Sanur, close to McDonalds. You can walk or drive across the Bypass in minutes and you’re right in the thick of Sanur’s wild beach scene.

The house does have a very local feel to it, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen (and floor tiles). It has a few peculiar traits, like the archway doors. It also has NO ACCESS BY CAR. Only a small alleyway, so you’ll have to be accurate on your Vario or end up in a heap on the floor. But if you don’t demand access by Fortuner, or if you like cruising on your Polygon, the limited access does have a certain appeal to it. Nice little garden, lots of potential for renovation, and the price is right. Come get it.
