A traditional Balinese style villa that works perfectly as a family home. Located two minutes from the beach in a very sought-after area (that’s my real estate cliche for the day) in the southern end of beachside Sanur. This is a four bedroom house, with each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage. One of the bedrooms is currently set up as a closed lounge or tv room, which allows for watching your favourite fake news channel with air con. There was a nice sea breeze even before the wind changed a few weeks ago, even better now we’re moving into kite season.

The mature gardens hold a nice bale, which is a great place for reading or even a spot of morning yoga (if you clear out the furniture). There’s also a veggie patch, a nice long swimming pool, and a little path that leads from the house into the large parking area and garage either through the traditional Balinese style double door or through a side gate.

Not shown on our photos is a separate home for service staff. This could be converted into a small cottage for guests or perhaps used as a larger office or studio.

All in all, the property doesn’t compromise in terms of space or location, but provides multiple options to mould the living spaces to your needs.
