Allegedly, the owner of this property recently put in a new swimming pool. I don’t know, I haven’t seen this listing in real life, but it looks to me a bit out of place, or maybe in the wrong place. Or too small. Maybe I’m just a pool snob. Let’s just ignore the pool and move on.

To me, this property looks like it could make a nice home (particularly if you have kids and/or dogs) or a great location for a business such as a dive centre. Everyone knows that Sanur needs more dive centres…but it could be for any business.

The building is a traditional Balinese style, in decent condition and featuring a snazzy blue bath. You could get it up to scratch without breaking the bank.

The real draw here is the option of securing a 10 are plot on the beachside of Sanur. You can’t tell me that you see these every day. I’d get tired just walking to the gate. Even so, we’ll take you there if you’re interested.
