A good maintenance two-bedroom home located in a peaceful area on the west side of the Bypass Sanur, 500 meters only from Pande Putri Supermarket and 5 minutes driving with the car to reach Bali Mandara Hospital it is also not so far from Mertasari Beach, to go to the beachside area where you can find many restaurants with the western taste you will need to drive to Jl. Tamblingan around 7 minutes with motorbike or car.

This minimalist home was built in 2015 on the 125m2 land in total and 90m2 building size it is consists of two cozy and fully furnished bedrooms all with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower and one toilet guest on the outside. This property has a big glass sliding door on each bedroom and windows in the kitchen area that makes this villa has good air circulation and it also contained two main colors which are white and blue that make this villa looks bright, nice and clean. The pool area is not spacious but I think it still will be a favorite spot for relaxing on this lovely property, it will come up with fully furnished, storage and one washing machine.
