Open Style Modern Villa with Nice Garden

Keep in mind, I didn’t say BIG garden, I said nice garden! This is a three bedroom, two bathroom open living villa with quite a calm feel to it. The garden is well landscaped and the pool fountains and quiet location give a feeling that you are further from the main streets of Sanur than you actually are. There is one bedroom adjoining the open living area and kitchen, with two more bedrooms on the other side of the property with shared bathroom.

This is a beach side location, in the south of Sanur. The owner is apparently open to reasonable offers.  We would recommend negotiating on furniture and maintenance with this property.
