Beautifully Designed, Well Built Beachside Villa
There are a lot of villas available for long lease in Sanur, but there are a very few that stand out. We are very pleased to present this beautiful property, designed and built with thought, purpose, attention to detail, and dare we say love, to be a very rewarding, safe, and easy place to live. Thought has been given to airflow, to light and use of space, to the strength and longevity of the structure, fixture and fittings. More importantly, the design has been followed through into the final product. This is not a temporary structure, it is built to Australian Category 4 standards, meaning in the unlikely event of an earthquake or other natural disaster, I’d rather be inside than anywhere else on the island. But beyond the build quality, the quality of life this property affords really shines through.
Even though surrounded by villas on all sides, there is a nice sense of space and tranquility as you walk around the property. Built on a 400m2 block, we estimate the combined build size is about 350m2. You have three well-proportioned bedrooms (two upstairs), three bright and tidy bathrooms (one upstairs), a very large living area that can be opened (with great airflow) or completely closed for air conditioning, a clean, modern kitchen that you can actually cook in (!), and ample storage, parking, cleaning and washing areas, and outdoor space by the pool and upstairs. The villa features a water filtration system, fed by a ~45m bore. I drank a lot of water from the tap while I was there, it was good, I’m still alive without even a twitching eye to show for it. More importantly, the water has been lab tested and compared favourably to Aqua and other bottled brands. Drinking water from the tap, in Bali. We like.
With all this talk of how nice this property would be to live in, we’ve yet to mention the location. This is beachside, five minutes to Sanur beach, ten minutes to Hardy’s, and about as convenient as you can get for walking, cycling or driving to your favourite Sanur spots. Easy.
If location is a priority, this is your villa. If space, peace, and ease of living are your priorities, this is your villa. And if you want to survive a natural disaster, this is your villa. This is your villa. Problem is, there’s only one, so either be quick or be upset.
