Three Bedroom Pool Villa in Sekuta Area

This is a two storey villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one each downstairs. The property is a modern design, but it employs a few interesting details such as the traditional carved double doors and some other interesting textures and patterns that set it apart from the standard build (often mis-labelled as ‘minimalist’) in this type of villa. The design of the downstairs living and kitchen area may present a few layout challenges with furniture and space, but there is a fair amount of space and you can figure out a way to make it work and flow. The pool is reasonably large, at 5×7 metres, there is a little patch of grass that we could call a garden, and there’s secure, covered off-street parking.
