Four Bedroom Beachside House Behind Hardy’s

So you know where it is, and you know what it is. Do I have to write this description? I’ve got to watch loads of YouTube videos of puppies doing tricks. I mean I have lots of work to do.
Alright, I will write more. This house is built over two floors, it has two bedrooms downstairs, with a decent kitchen and living area, a little outdoor terrace, and space in one of the driveway areas for a pool. I can’t decide which side would work better for the pool, because one side is a bit narrow, and the other has a big tree. But it would work one way or another.
Upstairs has a central lounge area with doors that open up to a narrow balcony. It’s bright, and feels good. You could fit a sofa/tv area AND a little dining table or desk up there. The two upstairs bedrooms aren’t huge, but they work.
I think this place could have great potential as a house share or as a holiday rental, almost like a hostel. It could also work as a family home, or as a home/office. The only drawback of the place is that road access is limited to a small car. I’m not sure if you could even squeeze an Avanza down this gang, because there’s an electric/telephone pole at the end which makes it even more narrow. But if you have a little car, no worries. And as you’re walking/bike distance to Hardy’s and the beach, who really cares? It’s a lifestyle choice.
