This isn’t a new villa, but unlike some less modern designs we see in Sanur, it has aged gracefully thanks to solid build quality and maintenance, and a restrained application of architectural ‘features’ such as wood panelling on the ceilings that can sometimes date a property or become overbearing en masse. In this case, we think they simply add to the charm.
