it’s quite special to find a villa that is located within walking distance to Hardy’s, the beach and the best restaurants in Sanur. You can’t help but imagine living here as soon as you walk into the peaceful, green garden and pool area.
The villa is set up much more like a residence than a hotel room. Sounds obvious, but if you’ve lived in Bali for a while or have been searching for property here, you’ll understand that some villas look great at first glance but lack the practical elements (like storage and a real kitchen) that make a place liveable in the long term.

The pool is a good size, and without full direct sunlight will remain refreshing all year long. For those who suffered the misfortune of British swimming lessons in freezing conditions (like myself), a cold pool is a good pool.
There are separate maid quarters and toilet near the villa entrance, and off street parking for one car and at least one bike. All in all, this would make a very appealing residence (as it currently is being used) and a great investment property, whether you were planning to obtain licenses for holiday rental operation or simply looking for a solid capital gain on the value of such a desirable property. Either way, our opinion is that you can’t lose on this one.
