Beachside Four Bedroom Family Villa

Until then, we’d like to show you this place as is. A four bedroom house over two levels, with pool and smallish garden. The best thing about this place is the location. It’s tucked away in a very quiet, safe gang surrounded by a few other villas. I recently remember lamenting the thought of kids being able to play freely outside. Well, in this place, your kids could easily play outside in safety, and you could probably watch them from the upstairs window like a crazy person. If you wanted.

The living area of the property is quite small, have to say. So maybe not one for big family gatherings. Maybe better for those with active older kids who are in and out of the house and disappear to their bedrooms. Not sure, ours in only 9 months old so I’m guessing. Guessing aside, it’s 4 bedrooms and beachside, at a decent price. The owner wants two years upfront, we never know how negotiable that is until we negotiate.
