Classic Five Bedroom Padanggalak Villa

This is a large villa with ample space in a quiet, secure location in the northern part of Padanggalak. It’s not new, but it’s in relatively good condition and in our experience, the owner is reasonably willing to renovate and fix is properties before tenants move in, so I’d look at what could be as much as what is already present. It’s quite rare to find a five bedroom place like this at a good price. If you are a full house with kids at Dyatmika, this is a good option. If you need space for guests, or perhaps want to share, this works. It’s not Sanur, but that’s by no means a bad thing. This area is perfect for certain people, and this villa is a great example of what’s available in the area.
